Today was easier. Maybe because I only started with 30min. Otherwise I stuck with the same program as the last 2 times. I earned 3 AP. It's hard to believe that an extra 15min of walking only earned me an extra 1/2 AP. Hardly seems worth it. Today was a SATC day. I realized recently that I've always called it Sex in the City instead of Sex AND the City.
Next week is going to be a tough one. Each day is something a little different. The 3rd day is a straight 2mile or 20min jog. I'm not sure I can even do a 10min mile. I'm sure I can't. I'm going to die.
