I made it 3 whole miles. So now I know I can do the first leg as long as it's 37deg, sunny, I have music, my hands aren't freezing, I have kleenex and it's in my neighborhood.
This will be a quick message so I can go out and play in the snow with the kids......
the stats:
mile 1 - 9:17+1:35 (stop in between for kleenex and gloves)
mile 2 - 11:38
mile 3 - 12:04
I intentionally slowed down in the last mile so I'm not surprised to see that. All that's important now is that I made it. Yay!
